Patty

Patty is a great 60ft Trad stern narrowboat by M & N Narrowboats. Very recent hull survey available proving hull in excellent condition, 4 new anodes fitted, hull re-blacked and new boat safety certifcate.
The current owner had modernised the interior with painted panels, giving a light spacious feel. With most of the work done, sadly the refit has had to stop due to ill health. A little bit of elbow grease and she'll an excellent great boat.

Entering by the cratch covered bow through half glazed double doors you step down into a large saloon area with a multi-fuel burner that will keep the place toasty! It’s open-plan so furniture layout can be as you choose.

The walkthrough galley has a Heritage range stove fitted which feeds your cast iron designer radiators throughout. Granite worktops with a lovely Belfast sink, plenty of storage and benefitting from a side hatch opposite.

The off corridor bathroom has a pump out toilet and inset washbasin on a vanity cupboard with mirror above, though this area could do with modernisation.

The aft bedroom has a fixed double bed with storage under, double wardrobe with plenty of shelving and hanging space.

A door leads out into the trad stern with the engine fully enclosed with nice & easy access. Patty benefits from 3KW inverter, and 900W of solar power.
