Happy New Year and a quick update

Hello Everyone,  First of all I’d like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.  For many people 2022 was a mixed year with COVID still lingering on, scorching summer heatwaves and an absolutely freezing start to December.  We look forward to 2023 and all the fresh opportunities and experiences it offers.

After a lot of tea, head scratching and some planning we launched Narrowboats.uk in May 2022 and we’ve had an incredible start so far.  We plan to continue to build on this success over the coming years and I’d like to give you a bit of sneak peak at some of the features we are working on for 2023.  Some may be coming sooner than others 🙂

Quick Narrowboat comparison tool

We understand it can be tricky comparing the specs on different narrowboats when there are so many details on the listing pages.  We are currently testing a tool to quickly compare features and options between several narrowboats in an easy to read table.

Boat builders directory

Several months ago we launched a directory page for narrowboat brokers and now we are working on a directory for narrowboat builders.  This will give customers the opportunity to rate and review their narrowboat builder and then enable customers to read these reviews.  I know there are some amazing local boat builders in The UK and we want to help them connect with and reach their customers.

Instagram and Facebook

If you haven’t followed us on Instagram and Facebook – then please do. (Links at the bottom of the page)  We plan on start updating our socials whenever new boats are listed for sale.  This should make it much easier for you to keep updated on all the new narrowboats on the market.
