Hull:    Length: 45ft   -   Beam: 6’10’’  -   Colour: Black/Grey. The superstructure was completely repainted in May 2024  -   Previous out-of-water survey dated October 2021 available, after which the boat was shot blasted and blacked with 2 pack paint, and anodes renewed. Canvas Covers: Newly repaired windows on all covers 2024.

Engine:  Vetus 3 cylinder Diesel.

The engine was last serviced, November 2023, with invoice history available for all work done for last 2 years. Spare set of new engine mounts included. There is a solar panel which helps to top up the 1 x start, and 3 x leisure batteries.

Interior:   Headroom  6ft 2ins.    -   Berths: 1 fixed double berth, and occasional berth conversion in the Saloon.

The floor is polished wood-block throughout the boat.

From the Stern:  Enter down 3 steps into the bedroom where the bed extends across the boat. Plenty of well-made storage draws and hanging space.

Toilet Compartment: There is a cartridge Porta-loo, sink unit and shower unit, completely lined throughout with patterned blue/grey tiles.

Galley:   to the left is the fridge and above an oven. A replacement reconditioned Gas boiler (fitted 2024), then the sink unit and a new two ring gas hob. There is ample storage cupboards and draws under a large work-top opposite the hob.

Saloon:  All the curtains are new and cushions have been recovered. There are two single seats with a table in-between, the table is very well made, and incorporates two painting easels, it also converts to a berth with storage under.

In the corner is a small wood burning stove with storage for wood box opposite, with one exit door panel to the bow area being coloured leaded glass. There are power points for 240v through-out the boat with ship-to-shore cable, as well as USB points.

Included with the Boat:  Landing plank, small pole, lock keys, mooring pin, and many other extras including a vacuum cleaner. This is a very clean and well-fitted out boat, which has had much work done to it over the last couple of years.

Present Mooring: By separate negotiation with Mid Devon Moorings, Halberton,        Nr. Tiverton, Devon.

Boat Licence: Expires 30th November 2024.

BSS Certificate:  Expires 22nd November 2025.
