Owl is a 40' steel Narrowboat.  Build date is mid-late 1980's to mid 1990's (nobody is too sure) for fairness I put 1985.  Experts have noticed details that push this date both ways. I was told it was custom built for a charter company that went out of business in the early 2000's.

I don't have a recent photo, have not been to the location for years.  Imagine the phone provided but with a lot of pealing paint.

I bought it as a project but life and income got in the way.  Also being on the river is not a great place to work. Selling as an abandoned project.

Completely empty inside.  Blank canvas. Great project for the right person.
Needs some topside steel work.  Needs windows and a complete interior.  Needs shot blasting inside and out.  Suggest shot blast then Zinc-Arc coating outside.

Engine and cooling system replaced and upgraded in the process.  Engine is a Nani diesel (ex oil-rig lifeboat), ran for just 10 hours before fitting, no more than 40 hours since.
